Shayne Earley and Jodie Simms are the passionate duo behind MTA – Mobile Travel Agents Berry, an independent travel business at the heart of the Berry community. Together, they combine decades of experience, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine love for creating unforgettable travel experiences, with a strong focus on cruise holidays.

Shayne’s love of travel began early, when her family moved to Malaysia at the age of 12, sparking a career in the industry that began in 1991. With decades of experience across both land and cruise travel, she values strong client relationships, flexibility, and being there for her clients throughout their journey. Jodie also began her career in 1991 and brings warmth, care, and a deep understanding of cruise travel to every booking. After returning to the industry in 2019, she joined forces with her long-time friend Shayne.

Together, Shayne and Jodie specialise in arranging cruise holidays of all styles and sizes, from intimate sailings to large cruise groups of more than 100 passengers. They have first-hand experience with river cruising in both Europe and Asia, Kimberley and Antartica expedition cruises, and ocean cruising with Carnival and Royal Caribbean in Australia. They regularly visit ships when cruise lines are in port and work closely with cruise partners to stay up to date with ships, itineraries, inclusions, and onboard experiences.

As a team, Shayne and Jodie share the same values, listening closely, understanding what matters most to their clients, and delivering personalised service with professionalism and heart.
